Why Plastic Vs. Cardboard?
Because reusing and reducing are even more important than recycling. Recycling takes lots of energy, and did you know that cardboard boxes that have excessive glue or tape can’t even be recycled? To the landfill they go! Our bins are infinitely reusable. Another little-known fact: bedbugs love cardboard! So beware of those boxes you pick up from the street.
What Size Are The Bins?
27″L x 17″W x 12″H. These bins are the perfect size for moving everything from books to dishes to clothes to other household items. Anything smaller would be pointless and for anything bigger you’d have to recruit an Ironman to move it for you. Learn more about our bins here. We also have wardrobe bins that you can add to your package. These are 24.5″L x 20.6″W x 48″H and come with a rod for hanging clothes so you don’t have to mess with taking them on and off the hangers.
How Many Bins Should I Get?
We’ve set up packages based on number of bedrooms and the “average” mover. You have an option to add additional bins after you’ve chosen a package.So, if you’re a hoarder, you should add a couple extra and if you’re a minimalist, perhaps take a step down.
What Happens If I Need More Bins In The Middle Of My Move?
We’ll do our best to help you out. So our best advice to you is to add a bin or two more if you’re unsure. Regardless, call us and we’ll see what we can do for you!
Is There Any Delivery Fee Charged?
There's no fee for delivery or pick up if you live on the ground floor or in an elevator building. If you'd like the bins delivered or picked up from your walk up apartment, there's a $29.99 fee.
Can I Choose A Delivery Time?
Of course! We’ll work with you as best we can to make the drop-off and pick-up as convenient as possible.
Can I Keep The Bins Longer If Necessary?
Absolutely! We offer the ability to rent up to four weeks online during check out. If you need longer than that, we have reduced rates for longer term rentals. Give us a call for more information on how to schedule.
Can You Make More Than One Delivery or Pick Up Of My Order?
Every order includes one free delivery and pick up. If you need more than one delivery or pick up, a $29.99 fee will be applied for each instance. Additional deliveries and pick ups also depend on our availability.
I Have Movers Already - Can I Still Use EZ Bins?
Of course! You have a couple of options: if you want the movers to pack your belongings, let them know you already have bins for moving and ask them to discount their fee for the boxes you won’t be using, along with the time that they won’t be assembling and taping up boxes. Otherwise, pack the bins yourselves and pay the movers just for moving them.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express.
Can I Split My Order With A Friend?
If you'd like to split an order we may be able to accommodate. If we're able to accommodate you and your friend, a $25 fee will be applied.
Do I Need Tape For My Bins?
Nope, no more tape and its many undesirable tagalongs: annoying plastic dispenser with the dull serrated edge, trying to rip off a piece with your teeth when you can’t find the scissors that you know you just put down somewhere, using your fingernail to find the edge to peel up – again. We supply zip ties to securely lock shut your bins.
Are Packing Materials Included?
Packing materials are not included in your package, but you can add packing paper to your order with just one click.

Do You Charge Extra For Orders Made Under 24 Hours Notice?
No! If we have the time in our schedule and bins ready to go there will be no extra fee. Please give us a call or send an email to find out if we have availability,
